The Beshears & Associates team of real estate professionals has four Senior Directors including Principal and Managing Director, David Beshears. We have a very broad knowledge base and can match your project to the appraiser best suited for the job. We currently have three Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and two other Candidates for Designation finalizing their MAI requirements. Our appraisers have developed a high level of competence and relationships with market participants by specializing in one property type. This advantage provides great insight into the valuation process.
