David Beshears, MAI holds B.A. degrees in Real Estate and Marketing from The Florida State University, College of Business. He began his career with GA/Partners, a national consulting firm in Washington, D.C. and was involved in valuation assignments throughout the United States. In 1987, he joined Cushman & Wakefield Financial Services Group and was involved in the exclusive sale of over twenty properties.  Since 1991, he has been active in commercial appraisal and consulting. He founded Beshears & Associates in 1994. He is a member  of  the  Appraisal  Institute  and  a  member  of the Royal  Institute  of Chartered Surveyors. He is a Florida State-Certified General Appraiser in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.  His appraisal experience ranges from the valuation of individual properties to large, diverse national portfolios. Beshears & Associates has specialty practices in Gas  Stations, Self-Storage, Hotels and Bank Branches in addition to Apartments, Office, Industrial, Land and Retail. Our firm appraises over 600 commercial properties annually throughout Florida and Georgia.
