Since 2012, we have been very active in the market completing over 126 retail appraisals. Our experience ranges from single tenant facilities to anchored community centers. We have analyzed both owner occupied single tenant facilities along with long-term triple-net properties including CVS, Office Depot, Dollar General, Amscot, Goodyear, Family Dollar, etc. We have appraised a wide variety of multi-tenant centers randing from unanchored strip centers to well tenanted centers featuring large big box tenants like Publix, Winn Dixie, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, Sav-A-Lot, Ulta, etc. In addition, we have provided consultations and market rent studies to aid in retail repositioning and redevelopments. Due to the tremendous volume of retail appraisals we have completed, we have accumulated a vast database of comparable data including the rental data, sales, expenses and other valuable insights.
We have appraised retail properties throughtout the entire state of Florida spanning from the panhandle to south Florida. We have also appraised retail property in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Our apprasiers maintain State Certified General Appraiser licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
