Chris Larkin is a commercial real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker; having over 25 years experience appraising, selling, underwriting, and otherwise analyzing commerical real estate for lenders and investors. Also combining 10+ years loan origination experience with an analytical background, Chris Larkin has a clear understanding of the commercial real estate market from an appraisal, borrower and lender perspective.

Specialization with multiple types of income producing properties including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, self storage; as well as owner-occupied property, land and special use niches including gas station and convenience stores, marina, and car wash assets. Experience includes lease analysis, development feasibility, rent versus purchase analysis and property due dilligence for mortgage loan pool investors.
