Chris Larkin is a commercial real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker; having over 25 years experience appraising, selling, underwriting, and otherwise analyzing commerical real estate for lenders and investors. Also combining 10+ years loan origination experience with an analytical background, Chris Larkin has a clear understanding of the commercial real estate market from an appraisal, borrower and lender perspective.


Specialization with multiple types of income producing properties including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, self storage; as well as owner-occupied property, land and special use niches including gas station and convenience stores, marina, and car wash assets.
