With Beshears & Associates, John Cordova established the Self Storage Valuation Group, which has completed will over 100 self storage appraisals, primarily since 2011, throughout Florida as well as in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Virgina, South Carolina, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
John Cordova also has experience with a wide variety of types of income-producing properties including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily as well as owner-occupied properties, vacant land, and subdivisions.
