Since 2012, we have completed over 40 MH/RVP appraisals. Our experience has ranged from smaller 20+ unit family parks which include home and lot rentals to larger, 500+ unit senior parks with numerous amenities. We have appraiser a wide variety of both manufactured hom and RV parks from "Mom and Pop" parks to invesment grade properties. Properties have included combination MH/RV parks and have included properties with additional income streams from self storage units to golf courses. Due to the volume of MHP/RV park appraisals we have completed, we have accumulated a vast database of comparable data including sales and expenses and invaluable insight into the valuation and operation of this unique property.

We have appraised MH/RV parks throughout the state of Florida from the panhandle to southeast Florida. We have also appraised MH/RV parks in Georgia.
