The appraisal of Auto Service facilities is our largest specialty practice. In the history of the firm we have appraised over 1,100 auto service facilities, and have appraised over 600 in the last five years.

The majority of auto service appraisals we complete are of convenience store/gas stations. However we have also appraised over 35 car washes, 19 oil lube facilities and 120 service facilities such as Midas, Tuffy, and Tire Kingdom.

Critical to accurately appraising gas station/convenience stores or car washes is allocating between real estate, equipment, and business value.
